Quality Control

Multi-stage quality control from raw material inspection to final container loading. Our QC team inspects every order so what arrives at your site matches what you approved — not just once, but on every shipment.

Our QC Process

  1. Raw material inspection — wood, metal, stone, glass and hardware checked before production.

  2. In-process inspection — checks at cutting, assembly, finishing and hardware stages.

  3. Sample approval — a pre-production sample approved before bulk production.

  4. Final inspection — full check of finish, dimensions, function and packing.

  5. Loading supervision — container loading monitored to prevent transit damage.

What We Check

  • Dimensions — against the approved drawing and tolerance.

  • Finish & color — against the approved sample.

  • Function — doors, drawers, hinges, locks and mechanisms.

  • Hardware — hinges, slides, handles and fittings.

  • Packing — export-standard packing for sea freight.

Why Our QC Matters

Most quality problems are discovered after delivery — when they are most expensive to fix. Our multi-stage QC catches defects in the factory, where they can still be corrected. On request, we send QC photos and a report before shipment so you can see the product before it leaves.
