What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. For stock items there is often no minimum; for custom items it depends on the category. Tell us what you need and we will confirm.

Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We can supply a sample for most products so you can check quality, color and finish before placing a bulk order.

Do you offer custom design and OEM/ODM?
Yes. Share your drawings, samples or design brief and we produce to your specifications.

Pricing & Payment

How do I get a quotation?
Send us your product list, quantities and destination port. We return a detailed quotation, usually within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C for large orders, and other methods by arrangement. A deposit is typically required to start production.

Shipping

How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product and quantity — typically 20–45 days. We confirm the timeline in your quotation.

How long does shipping take?
Sea freight usually takes 15–40 days depending on the destination port. Air freight is faster but costs more.

Do you handle customs documents?
Yes. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and any certificates your destination requires.

Warranty

What if a product is damaged on arrival?
Take photos and contact us. Items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects are replaced under our warranty.

Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. Our after-sales team helps with installation questions, spare parts and any issues after delivery.
